Ihab Abdelghany is an oil and gas business expert with 25 years of experience in operations, business, and digital experience in the petrochemical industry and engineering projects management, acting as an  expert for all digital related projects with major digital service providers like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and IBM. During his career, Abdelghany created a digital twin for LDPE plant assets on the AVEVA system for a major petrochemical company. He also took the role of QAPCO PM to implement AVEVA E3D, Engineering, Engage, Diagrams, Instrumentation and AVEVA Net. His experience also saw him lead a full business team to SAP ECC6 business suite on HANA including ECC modules, Ariba & SF with complete business transformation during implementation in a USD 20 million petrochemical firm as well as implement Oracle EBS, Business Objects and Crystal reports in a USD 7 million firm. Abdelghany oversaw the IT team during a merger with a sister company the petrochemical industry

Ahmed Ashmawy is an industrial digitalization engineer who has over four years of experience in supply
chain management, industrial operations management and B2B industrial sales. Ashmawy has managed
and led a team of sales engineers to supply lubricants for various industrial sectors in Egypt including
manufacturing, petrochemicals, oil and gas, mining, and construction. He worked in global supply chain
management for retail in a leading multinational organization and has construction and commissioning
experience at the largest refinery in Egypt. His career also boasts Ashmawy implementing an ERP system
for a multinational manufacturing organization in Egypt.

Haytham K. Ashmawy is a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager with over seven years of experience in BIM projects implementation and management in infrastructure, residential, and commercial
projects. Ashmawy has developed multi-disciplinary as-built LOD 500 BIM models as well as 4D & 5D construction simulations for a diversified portfolio of projects in these sectors. Notable projects include
developing the 4D and 5D model for JFK Airport runway 13 reconstruction and the 4D construction simulation of LaGuardia Airport runways extension.

Ali Ragab Hendy has 18 years of experience in MEP project management in the infrastructure, residential, commercial & industrial sectors. Hendy has previously prepared the design & construction packages for all infra-works such as water supply networks, drainage systems, wastewater networks, medium & low voltage networks, telecoms, SCADA systems, firefighting systems & interfaces and more for Egyptian
government entities as well as projects in the GCC. During his career he has managed and led projects in Mechanical/ HVAC, plumbing, and electricity, preparing all project statutes & packages starting from RFP technical & financial, concept, design development, tender documentation, shop drawing, supervision, and construction.
